CANTOR EXCHANGE®, CX®, CX MARKETS®, PROTECTWX(TM), and PROTECTWEATHER(TM)

The CX Division of FMX Futures Exchange, L.P. (“CX”), regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as a Designated Contract Market, offers an electronic trading platform for matching of buyers and sellers.

CX, via its CX®,  Cantor Exchange®,  CX®, CX Markets®, ProtectWx(TM), and ProtectWeather(TM) brands, specializes in financial exchange services for trading derivative instruments. We provide direct access to a financial marketplace where investors become participants of an exchange. Our services include transactions in financial instruments, trade execution, financial clearing and settlement services and provision of financial information.

CX Clearinghouse, L.P. (“CX Clearinghouse”), a sister company of CX, is regulated by the CFTC as a registered Derivatives Clearing Organization. CX Clearinghouse settles all trades between buyers and sellers on CX and ensures the financial integrity of the marketplace. All Participants in CX, once approved, automatically become Participants in CX Clearinghouse upon funding of their accounts.

CX CLEARINGHOUSE

CX Clearinghouse, L.P. (“CX Clearinghouse”) has been approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as a registered Derivatives Clearing Organization. CX Clearinghouse provides clearing services for all CX contracts. All Participants are protected by and are subject to the rules of CX Clearinghouse. Participant funds deposited at CX Clearinghouse are segregated and placed into a specially regulated account at Harris Bank, N.A.

Direct-Access Marketplace

CX MARKETS

CX is a direct-access market that is open to the public, and trading at CX will not require you to have an account with a broker. Instead, you will need to complete an application that provides us with all the information required by the rules and regulations of the market. There is no cost to become a Participant.

Your completed application is subject to review and approval by CX. Once approved, your user ID will be validated and you will have the opportunity to fund your account and then begin trading. Of course, orders to trade can only be sent by registered and approved Participants and Authorized Traders.
